I just read a great post on another blog about scrapboking laws. I especially like #3: It is illegal to attend a crop and NOT buy at least one item from a vendor. (like Ladybug Memories :))
Another I would want would be: A scrapbooker shall not have ANY liquid anywhere near her (or his) neighbor's work of art. (Can you tell what happened to me once?) And maybe: If you get a little crazy at 3:00 AM at an overnight crop and decide to dance on the table, be sure the Sizzix is well out of your way.
