New Products Have Arrived!

I just got a shipment in today! Such beautiful stuff from K&Company, Chatterbox, Westrim, and Karen Foster. It was so much fun opening the box and seeing all those wonderful papers and embellishments. Here are a few of the things I got in:

K-Ology Ring-Bound Album Paper Crafting Kit

K-Ology Chipboard Alphabet Box

Chatterbox Memory Building 12"X12" Page Kit

Aren't these great? Leave me a comment and let me know what you think. These will be available (plus much more!) at the May 10th crop.

I (Heart) Simple Scrapbooks

Simple Scrapbooks Magazine is one of my favorite resources for scrapbook ideas. I can hear my mailbox laugh whenever this mag is placed inside every month. I love the way the layouts are so fast and, well, simple! I also like how the editors make the art of scrapbooking so fun and freeing. Check out this article by Stacy Julian, editor-in-chief of Simple Scrapbooks. Now, don't you want to go scrap?

Save Your Juice Can Lids

Juice can lids, bread bag tags, cereal boxes. What do these have in common? They can all be used on a scrapbook page! This article has many ideas on using throwaway items on your scrapbook pages. Who would have thought that a twist tie would have found its way into a scrap room?

I am looking forward to May 10th! See you there! (If you haven't yet signed up, I have ONE space left! Or, maybe you'd like to come on June 7th? Let me know.......)

Nasty Scrapbookers?

Seems like the CK Hall of Fame "drama" is still causing some buzz in the scrapbooking world. Phil Tucker, Director of Operations for Rusty Pickle, puts in his two cents.....

Honestly, some people ought to be ashamed of themselves! Can't we be civil in how we discuss things in the blogging world? At least Mr. Tucker recognizes the fact that a majority of scrapbookers are actually very nice people.
